NUC7 Studios ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the Math 1 - MnM Home Schooling mobile application (the "App").

The App is designed for young children (ages 5 and under, and 6-8). We strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information from children.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- No Personal Information: We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, or photos.
- No Location Tracking: We do not track the precise geolocation of your device.
- No Account Registration: Users are not required to create an account or sign in to use the App.
- No Third-Party Advertising: The App does not contain any advertisements.
3. Data Safety & Usage
The App operates entirely offline. Any progress made within the App (such as completed math grids, counting tasks, or game scores) is stored locally on the device only and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
4. Third-Party Services
We use standard Android platform services to ensure the App runs correctly. These services do not collect personal data from our users through our App:
- Android TTS (Text-to-Speech): Used to provide auditory instructions and feedback during math lessons.
- Firebase/Analytics (Optional): If used by the platform, it is configured to be non-identifying and compliant with child safety regulations.
5. Parent & Guardian Controls
The App includes a dedicated "Kid-Safe" navigation system to prevent children from leaving the learning environment accidentally. We encourage parents to supervise their child's use of mobile devices.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
